This is the first time we have ever run this workout at 305. It looks quite silly but something tells me your all in for a rude awakening if you choose to come today.

  • I’d like to thank the academy for posting my picture. Of course it took me doing my Flashdance impression with the backdoor garden hose to get Pete to post a photo.

    What will I do now after my workouts if I am not trying to dive into the background of every WOD photoshoot? What will Pete do with his time saved from having to crop me out?

    Today was the ish! I neded that. Whenever I get in the gym early enough to run, I always run at least 200m reversed and it really helped me today but still kicked my ass. Good Stuff. #ABS#ABS#ABS
