Not sure what I was expecting but somehow it was harder than I expected.  Like everyone else, legs not all back yet from the weekend.  PR nonetheless so I&#039;ll take it. Amazing what you can do with 10 free minutes.  Nice work, JC.  Dont let these guys discourage you - it&#039;s about the unknown and unknowable.</description>

3 Rounds 5DHPU/5Dips/10Squats/ 10sec Tripod ( i no longer use my head :D )

Practiced Hand Stand, and tried to do HSPU ( i do micro ones).

Did a scaled Cindy. 5min 3 Pullups/6 pusshups/10 Squats.  Got 8 Rounds in.

5 Sets of 5 Knees to Elbows.</description>
