What is CrossFit 305?

CrossFit 305 is a back to basics warehouse gym located in the heart of Miami that is dedicated to helping its members achieve their physical potential through small group coaching, hard work and CrossFit priniciples. We opened in April of 2008, becoming officially affiliated with CrossFit in January of 2009. We are the third CrossFit affiliate in Miami and have been around long enough to know what works and what doesn’t. Our trainers are certified by CrossFit as well as nationally and internationally accredited bodies.

Who is CrossFit 305?

We are men and women that have one thing in mind: Fitness. Not sickness, not wellness, but fitness. We are from all walks of life. You will train with former and current pro and college athletes as well as people who have never competed. Who works out at CrossFit 305? Personal trainers from other gyms, bankers, servers, lawyers, DJ’s, business executives, students, doctors and physicians assistants, educators, fire fighters, law enforcement agents and on and on. Chances are you will meet and befriend people from walks of life you never have had interactions with, and be better for it.

Where is CrossFit 305?

We are located in the heart of the historic Lemon City neighborhood of Miami at 5940 NE 4th Ave, northwest of the Soyka complex. We are two blocks West of Biscayne Boulevard and can be reached easily by taking Biscayne from either North or South and heading West on 59th Street to 4th Ave. Please call before stopping by. 305-809-6390

What is CrossFit?
