Small Group Training-6am, 7am, 11am, 5pm, 6pm & 7pm

The 305 Workout (Boot Camp) 9:30am and 6:00pm
You asked for it, you got it!
August 23rd, The 305 Workout expanded to 9:30am & 6pm M-F as well as Saturday morning at 9am.
This is our entry level, get in the door and get going class.
No On Ramp, no heavy barbells… just straight conditioning WODs.
Don’t be fooled though, this is not easy, simple or toned down stuff.
This is not CrossFit Lite.
You can expect to be pushed to your limits…and then some.
You can also expect to get in the best shape of your life.

Saturday Only:

9am – CrossFit Kids

9am – The 305 Workout

12pm – Small Group Training

Personal Training – Please call for an appointment

*The OnRamp course consists of three training sessions that teach you the fundamental movements of CrossFit and assess what fitness level you are starting at.

CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids classes are  Saturday at 9:00 am (Wednesday Kids Class is suspended for Summer!).  The cost is $80/month for unlimited classes and $50/month for one class per week.  There are discounts available for siblings.  Please send an email to kids@crossfit305.com to get set up.
