CLASS TIMES

Monday through Friday

Small Group Training-6am, 7am, 11am, 6pm & 7pm

OnRamp-8am, 5:15pm *

Saturday Only:

11am – Running Class

12pm – Olympic Lifting Class

1pm – Small Group Training

Personal Training-Please call for an appointment

*The OnRampĀ course consists of nine training sessions that teach you the fundamental movements of CrossFit and assess what fitness level you are starting at.
