What’s the difference betweeen the 305 Workout and CrossFit?
The 305 Workout uses CrossFit Principles to design high intensity workouts that are lighter in weight and skill needs than full CrossFit WODs (Workout-Of-the -Day).
You will use several CrossFit benchmark WODs, as well as the program we at 305 design to get super-fit, regardless of your current fitness level.
Want to just get in, sweat and get out? The 305 Workout is where you want to be. This requires no OnRamp.
In CrossFit classes you can expect to have more skill specific instuction, as well as heavier workouts. You also have more options as far as class times (see above schedule).
Want to learn to snatch, clean & jerk, deadlift, front squat, push press, climb ropes, work on rings, kip, muscle up and more? You’re looking for CrossFit. This requires OnRamp.
