I really enjoyed training at Crossfit 305 and A1A. I would like to thank Jessica (A1A) and Chad (A1A/305) for the excellent job they do. Thank you guys for never giving up of me! I had a hard time learning most of the crossfit exercises, and sometimes they had to go over and over in the demonstrations until a finally get the movements. Jessica was always friendly and gave me some options in the complex exercises which was great because I could feel I accomplish the wod. Chad is a little more serious but once I got used with him, he was my favorite coach ever!! Thank you, Chad for trying to teach me double unders until the last minute of my time there without making me feel bad for don’t get it – I’m still working on it :(… Thank you to remind me to lock my knees and elbows out! Jessica and Chad are simply perfect in their job! I’ve never felt so safety in a gym like I felt with them. They were always paying attention and correcting us in exercises to prevent possible injuries. they are very positive too. Unfortunately we live far from the gym and that is the only reason we don’t continue attending classes there…. I wish you success! You really deserve it! Best regards Amanda.

  • Hello would you mind sharing which blog platform you’re working with?
I’m going to start my own blog in the near future but I’m having a tough time choosing
    between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal.

The reason I ask is because your design and style seems different then most blogs and I’m looking
for something unique. P.S Apologies for getting off-topic but I had to
