Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 Snatch (M 75 / F 45 lbs)
30 Snatch (M 135 / F 75 lbs)
30 Snatch (M 165 / F 100 lbs)
Max Rep Snatch (M 210 / F 120 lbs)
This workout begins from the standing position. The athlete will complete all reps at the first weight before advancing to the next weight. Score is total reps completed in 10min.
WARMUP – Sprints, Speed, Agility work, Agility Ladder (amazing consistent improvement from the kids who have been doing this for a few weeks)
SKILLS – Knees to Elbows / Bar Hangs
WOD – Over / Under paralette ladder to 8. (over paralette 1-8 times, then under and through)
GAME – Leapfrog races, Musical Medballs
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Double unders
