CrossFit Fundamentals

Each individual must complete our two week, six class fundamentals course before starting any of our classes. Fundamentals classes begin a new cycle every two weeks.   

CrossFit 305: Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday @ 7:30 PM

Fundamentals is free for monthly members. Classes are capped at 6 people. If your schedule doesn’t work with our free fundamentals or if you prefer one-on-one coaching, for $250 you can get a 6 pack of 30 minute personal training sessions with the coach of your choice.

Transferring from another Gym?

We offer a test out option to those experienced with CrossFit. This is a FREE 30 minute session in which you will be asked to perform standard CrossFit movements. This session can be booked through Wodify here.

30 day written cancellation required for all memberships. No Strings memberships require 24 hour written notice.
